LIFELAB CBD AM+ 5% contains 250mg CBD and 250mg CBG (2.5mg cannabinoids) per drop.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
• Starting dose (first 3 days): 1 drop of LIFELAB CBD AM+ 5% 2 times a day (morning-noon).
• Average maintenance dose: 2-3 drops, 2 times a day (morning-noon).
• Maximum recommended daily dose: 28 drops (70mg).
It is recommended to take it in the morning and at noon.
The dosage may vary from person to person. The ideal dosage is the point between the dose at which the first improvement is observed and the dose at which no further improvement is observed.
It is recommended to gradually increase the dose every three days, by one drop per intake.
USAGE TIPS:
• Shake well before use.
• Before use, swallow to dry the mucosa and maximize effectiveness.
• For correct intake, it is recommended to use a mirror.
• Instill the drops under the tongue holding the dropper vertically. Wait 60'' and then swallow.
