The active ingredients of the extract Alkanna Tinctoria, Calendula officinalis oil, Mastic, offer triple action

The Bio Dermafil is an improved replacement of the well-known healing ointment Helixderm which is no longer available. It contains extract Alkanna Tinctoria which was also the active ingredient of Helixderm.

Usage:
Clean the area with saline solution for better cleaning you can use sterilized gel or Hydrogen Peroxide gel.
Dry carefully with sterilized gauze and apply the ointment directly to the desired area with sterilized gauze.
Cover the area with an appropriate dressing.
