The BIO LACTOPHYTOL contributes to the regulation and restoration of the intestinal flora.
Special formulation with probiotics and prebiotics. Probiotics: Live, non-pathogenic microorganisms that inhabit the intestine and constitute the normal intestinal flora. They contribute greatly to the proper functioning of the intestine. Prebiotics: Components that nourish and support the growth and maintenance of probiotics.
Addresses:
- the disruption of the flora associated with the intake of antibiotics and other medications
- intestinal disorders, such as spastic colitis that occur from the consumption of inappropriate foods, water, and beverages that can "disturb" the normal protective bacteria of the intestine and cause intestinal disorders,
- acute diarrhea from viral or bacterial infection, e.g., gastroenteritis,
- recurring episodes of gynecological infections (vaginitis, cervicitis) or urological infections (cystitis), as they may occur due to disruption of the normal vaginal microflora.
Mechanism of Action:
- Creation of an unfriendly environment for the growth of other microbes through the production of H2O2, acids, bacteriocins, bacteriostatic substances.
- Adherence to the intestinal mucosa and prevention of the attachment of pathogenic microorganisms.
- Enhancement of the immune system (increase in phagocytosis, cytokine production).
Dosage: 1-2 capsules per day 1/2 hour before meals. In case of antibiotic intake, it is recommended to take 2-3 hours apart from the antibiotic intake.
