- The eucalyptus oil contains eucalyptol, a component that gives the plant its characteristic aroma and beneficial properties. It helps to “clear” the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, among various other benefits, and is known for the refreshing feeling it gives when used in massages.
- Menthol and menthene are two components found in mint that have a decongestant effect.
- The aroma of rosemary essential oil is famous for its refreshing properties.
Usage: You can use it during the day and, for better results, in the evening before bed to enjoy a refreshing experience and a restful night. Apply with a light massage from the chest to the neck, on the back, behind the ears, or on your legs.
Absorption increases with massage, as it activates blood circulation more in the area of the body where it is applied.
