Alexandria Leaf

The Alexandria leaf, also known as senna (from the scientific name Senna alexandrina), is a native herb of North Africa, with large spreading branches with light-colored foliage in pairs.

Besides Egypt, it is now grown in India, Sudan, and other countries with a similar climate.
Alexandria leaves help against constipation, especially when we do not consume enough dietary fibers in our diet.
Caution, however, if consumed daily, it requires a break of at least one week every two weeks.

Preparation:
Put a few leaves in a cup. Pour over boiling water.
Leave for at least 15 minutes.
Strain and drink.
