Fully equipped car first aid kit according to the New Law, certified with the European standard DIN 13164:2022 (ΦΕΚ 1804/Β/01-04-2026, Δ30/45652/2026).

1. Safety at the accident site
a. Wear the vest and turn on the alarms.
b. Place the triangle.
c. Call 112 or 166 and give accurate location and number of injured.
2. Victim and breathing check
Look, listen and feel for 10 seconds.
a. If breathing, we put the body in a safe side position.
b. If NOT breathing, we start CPR.
3. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
a. Chest compressions: 30 compressions in the center of the chest, depth 5-6cm, rate 100-120 compressions/minute.
b. Rescue breaths: 2 breaths in total, closing the nose and exhaling into the mouth.
c. Check breathing, using the 10-second method (look, listen, feel).
d. Continue the cycle of 30 compressions / 2 breaths, until help arrives.
The first aid instructions on the packaging are general guidelines. In a serious incident, immediately call 112 or 166 for professional help.
