The Hyfiber® is a soluble dietary fiber liquid, with prebiotic (fructo-oligosaccharide - FOS), specially designed to address independent causes of constipation.
It is available in a mild citrus flavor and is the most natural way to nutritionally address irregular bowel movements and hard stools.
The Hyfiber® dissolves instantly in liquids or soft foods as it is a clear and colorless natural bulking agent. It can also be consumed directly from the measuring cap (30ml).
The content of fructo-oligosaccharides (1.7g prebiotic FOS/30ml) feeds the “friendly” intestinal bacteria (bifidobacteria, lactobacillus) as the short-chain carbohydrate molecules from fructose that are partially digested form food for the above.
The soluble dietary fibers (12g Soluble Dietary Fiber/30ml) help restore the frequency of bowel movements and the normal consistency of stools.

The HyFiber® can be administered orally or via a feeding tube and should be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
Orally:
1st week: 30ml every 8 hours
2nd week: 30ml every 12 hours
3rd week: 30ml every 24 hours (we continue conservatively for a month)
Via feeding tube:
flush the tube with 15-30ml before and after administration of the preparation
mix the product with 30ml of water
administer the product independently from the enteral feeding solution
