Why is daily intake of probiotics important?

Ingredients: Probiotic cultures, inulin, antioxidant ascorbic acid, potato starch, vegetable magnesium stearate, capsule of vegetable origin (HPMC).
Dosage:
1 capsule 1 time daily.
Suitable for daily long-term consumption.
The capsule can be opened and its contents mixed with water, milk or fruit juice (not hot).
In case of concurrent antibiotic use take it 3-4 hours apart.
