The Optibac - Bifido & Fiber combines the well-researched probiotic strain Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12 (25 billion per dose) with 4g of prebiotic fibers FOS, to naturally increase the friendly bacteria in the intestine thereby helping to combat occasional constipation.

Contains the probiotic strain Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12®, which has been researched in dozens of scientific studies.

Supports digestion.
Survives stomach acidity and reaches the intestine alive to naturally increase the friendly bacteria in the intestine
Provides 4g of prebiotic fibers.
The International Scientific Association of Probiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP) recommends a minimum daily intake of 3-5 g of fermentable fibers.

Recommended daily dose:

For adults and children over 3 years old: 1 sachet per day.

If required or on the advice of your doctor, the daily dose can be increased to up to 4 sachets per day.

Not suitable for children under 1 year.
