Wild Oregano oil 10% (30ml)
Description
Wild Oregano oil 10% is an essential oil of organically grown Greek oregano (Origanum vulgare heracleoticum) in organic olive oil with very high content of hydroxytyrosol (15mg – 20mg per 20g of olive oil). Hydroxytyrosol is an antioxidant polyphenol and is found in the fruits and leaves of the olive tree (Olea europaea L.). The European Food Safety Authority has recognized the beneficial effect of hydroxytyrosol in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Dosage and method of use
Internal intake: 10 to 20 drops 2 times a day sublingually or dissolved in water or juice.
External application:
Topical application (acne, insect bite, toothache, warts etc.): 1 to 2 drops topically.
Massage (to the chest, joints, feet etc): Add 20 to 25 drops to a tablespoon of vegetable oil (almond oil, jojoba oil etc) and apply to the affected area.
