Dosage & Instructions for use:
For children 4-6 years, 1 gummy per day.
For children 7-10 years / 11-14 years, 2 gummies per day.
They can be taken at any time, independent of meals. It is recommended that the gummies be dissolved in the mouth without chewing. Do not swallow them as they are.
