Dietary supplement with iron and vitamin C in slow-release form, for gradual release of iron and vitamin C over time. Also contains folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.

For the best absorption of the ingredient contents as well as antioxidant protection, a mixture of 3 selected edible plant ingredients has been added to the product:
- Black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) (as Bioperine), titled to contain 95% piperine, as the main active ingredient, which acts as both an antioxidant agent and a natural enhancer of the absorption and bioavailability of various nutrients, such as vitamins and antioxidant substances
- Olive leaf extract, titled to contain 6% oleuropein, which belongs to the iridoids of the olive leaf, a component with antioxidant properties
- Extract of sambucus fruit/Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), titled to contain 6.5% anthocyanins (flavonoids), with significant antioxidant action
