Contains vitamin C and zinc that contribute to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Also contains melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effects are ensured by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.
The green capsules should preferably be taken with juice or water rather than milk in the morning.
The white capsule should preferably be taken in the evening.
Dosage
Adults & children from 12 years and older: 2 Day capsules (green) and 1 Night capsule (white) daily.
