Hypertension seawater (equivalent to 22 g/l of sodium chloride [NaCl])
Before use: blow your nose and check if the spray works properly. Supervision of adults is recommended for use in children.
1 - Tilt your head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle firmly once for 1 second. Allow the solution to act for a few seconds.
2 - Repeat with the other nostril.
3 - Blow your nose gently.
Wash the nozzle with warm water after each use and dry thoroughly. If nasal symptoms persist beyond 10 days, consult a healthcare professional.
TIP: Make sure your head is not tilted backward, as this reduces the effectiveness of nasal cleaning.
Recommended use:
For relief from nasal congestion: 2 to 3 times daily, 1 spray ONLY for 1 second in each nostril.
