Mastic Chios is the resinous secretion from the mastic tree, an evergreen shrub that thrives exclusively in southern Chios, Greece.
It is a natural aromatic resin, known since antiquity for its beneficial properties for the gastrointestinal system, as well as its antioxidant action.
Take 1 effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water, as a dietary supplement preferably after the main meal.
