The Sinomarin® Children Isotonic is an isotonic saline solution (0.9% NaCl) rich in minerals & trace elements. It cleanses the nasal cavities by removing accumulated mucus and adhered factors such as pathogens (e.g. bacteria & viruses), allergens (e.g. pollen, household allergens), dust and pollutants, through mechanical action, helping to maintain nasal health and prevent secondary URTIs. The Sinomarin® Isotonic nasal spray helps relieve nasal symptoms such as congestion and mucus overproduction that can be caused by e.g. the common cold and allergies, contributing to improved nasal breathing. It also moisturizes the nasal mucosa in dry conditions.
