The Solgar GABA is a dietary supplement with gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a non-essential amino acid formed from glutamic acid, in phytocapsules.
The product does not currently have an approved health claim by the EFSA under Regulation (EC) 1924/2006. It does not have a claim for treating insomnia, reducing blood pressure, antispasmodic action, increasing growth hormone, or muscle building.
