The Solgar Glucosamine MSM Complex is a dietary supplement with glucosamine hydrochloride, MSM, vitamin C, magnesium, Ginger extract and White Mulberry extract, in tablets.

The product, as a complex, does not currently have an approved health claim by the EFSA based on Regulation (EC) 1924/2006. It does not have a claim of anti-inflammatory or analgesic action, nor a claim of treatment of osteoarthritis.

Features

Ideal formula for strict vegetarians or people with allergy to shellfish, as it does not come from seafood. Suitable for vegans.

Composition (per tablet)

Glucosamine hydrochloride 500mg (provides 475mg glucosamine), MSM (as methylsulfonylmethane) 333.3mg, Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 33.3mg, Ginger root extract 4:1 36mg, White Mulberry bark extract 5:1 33.3mg, Magnesium (as amino acid chelate) 1.67mg.

Important warnings

Long-term intake of the amount of magnesium in 3 tablets may lead to muscle pain and a feeling of fatigue. Use by diabetics should only be done under medical supervision. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medication, or have a condition, consult your doctor before taking.

Dosage and usage

1-2 tablets daily, preferably with meals.
