The Stratacel is in gel form, making it easy to apply to large exposed areas such as the face, neck, and décolletage.
It is used to relieve itching and discomfort, as well as to reduce redness and discoloration associated with skin that has been damaged.

The Stratacel can be applied to open wounds and areas where the skin has been damaged.

The Stratacel can be used after aesthetic procedures such as:

  •     Laser procedures (fractional)
  •     Chemical peels (superficial)
  •     Tattoo removal (fractional)
  •     Microblading
  •     Microneedling
  •     Radiofrequency (fractional)
  •     Vaginal rejuvenation
  •     Other fractional devices

The Stratacel can be used after medical procedures such as:
  •     Cryosurgery (actinic keratosis)
  •     After 5-FU treatment
  •     Medical tattooing (e.g., after breast reconstruction)
  •     Inflammatory skin changes
  •     1st and 2nd degree burns (with epidermis present)

The Stratacel can be used with or without secondary dressings. The Stratacel can also be used with other adjunct therapies to improve overall results.

When you have undergone any of the above-mentioned procedures, the outer layer of the skin (epidermis) has been injured. This outer layer acts as a protective barrier for the skin. When this barrier is damaged, water evaporates more easily. Thus, the skin can no longer protect itself from the environment, which promotes dryness, itching, redness, infection, and increases the risk of pathological scarring.

Stratacel stabilizes and restores the skin barrier, stops water loss, and reduces the risk of infection. This newly formed protective layer of Stratacel? is gas-permeable and waterproof. It also does not strongly adhere to newly formed granulation tissue.

Stratacel helps create a moist healing environment for damaged skin and superficial wounds.

This environment leads to faster re-epithelialization and a reduced inflammatory response, which also reduces recovery time.
