It is a specialized dietary supplement containing zinc, which contributes to the normal synthesis of DNA, the maintenance of the normal condition of hair and nails, the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress, as well as spermidine, Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica) extract, lithium citrate and glycine.

Spermidine
Spermidine is a polyamine with a crucial role in the function and survival of cells. It contributes to the inhibition of cellular aging processes and the reduction of the risk of development of metabolic, neurodegenerative and cardiovascular diseases associated with cellular aging. It acts mainly through the cytoprotective mechanism of autophagy while simultaneously affecting numerous biological processes including inflammation, tissue regeneration, lipid metabolism and the regulation of cell growth and proliferation.

Lithium citrate
Lithium citrate is a salt of citric acid (a compound naturally produced in the body) and lithium (an alkaline metal). According to studies, lithium citrate contributes to slowing down the aging process. Much of the effect of lithium citrate is due to the inhibition of an enzyme known as glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK3), the hyperactivity of which has been linked to rapid aging and the risk of developing chronic diseases. The inhibition of GSK-3 is largely responsible for lithium's ability to protect brain function and extend lifespan. Additionally, lithium citrate may contribute to the maintenance of telomere length, structures associated with DNA structure and longevity.

Glycine
Glycine is an amino acid that contributes to the synthesis of proteins required for the maintenance of tissues and hormones, supports liver and heart health, enhances sleep quality, reduces the risk of developing diabetes and prevents muscle tissue loss. Furthermore, it plays an important role in collagen production and in reducing oxidative stress, thereby increasing longevity.

Zinc
Zinc is one of the most important metals in the body as it participates in many biochemical processes and is a cofactor in over 300 enzymes responsible for gene expression and cell proliferation. Zinc deficiency has been linked to DNA damage associated with shorter telomeres, structures necessary for the maintenance of DNA stability.
