Action:
- The Optavid® eye drops have a beneficial effect on the eyes. They soothe and lubricate dry eyes, moisturize, maintain and protect the eye surface. They help in the restoration of the so-called tear film and thus prevent the unpleasant symptoms of dry eye.
- Optavid® contains hyaluronic acid, extracts of chamomile and cornflower flowers in distilled water, which soothe irritation, redness and swelling of the eyelids and effectively help with conjunctivitis symptoms.
- Optavid® creates an elastic, transparent protective film on the cornea, protecting the eye from harmful external influences, allergens and free radicals.

The eye drops
Optavid® contain:
- Hyaluronic acid, which is naturally found in the eyes and tears and protects the eye surface. Hyaluronic acid moisturizes, lubricates, rejuvenates the eyes, replaces the tear film and creates a long-lasting feeling of relief.
- Extract of cornflower flowers, from a variety which has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. The herb has been known since ancient times for treating eye diseases. This variety has been proven to help with eye inflammation, redness, eyelid swelling and relief of conjunctivitis symptoms. It contains flavonoids, anthocyanins and vitamin A in trace amounts that contribute to the maintenance of eye health.
- Chamomile flower extract, which has special anti-inflammatory properties and anti-allergic action, reduces irritation, redness, inflammation and rejuvenates tired eyes. It effectively helps with symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis.
