The dietary supplement JOINTACE Original (Chondroitin) by Vitabiotics contains per two tablets 1000mg of sulfate glucosamine and 400mg of sulfate chondroitin. Sulfate glucosamine and sulfate chondroitin are structural components of the cartilage of the joints. Sulfate glucosamine contributes to the mobility and flexibility of cartilage, ligaments and tendons, while at the same time reducing pain by reducing inflammation in these areas. Sulfate chondroitin participates in the maintenance of the lubricating properties of the joint fluids and prevents the action of enzymes that break down cartilage, contributing to the mobility, elasticity and flexibility of the joints. It is also a powerful anti-inflammatory and therefore reduces pain in the joints. Dosage & Usage Instructions
Two tablets daily with the main meal with a glass of water or cold beverage.
Caution: sulfate glucosamine is an amino sugar and therefore should not be taken by diabetics, unless under medical guidance. Sulfate glucosamine should not be taken by people with allergy to seafood (source of glucosamine and chondroitin: crustaceans).
