The dual-action formula (lubrication & osmoprotection), means that Optive Fusion eye drops moisturize and lubricate the surface of the eye and also penetrate deep beneath the surface of the eye, where it protects the eyes from hypertonic stress thanks to osmoprotection (repeated hydration of the eye epithelium).

They contain the combination of HA (hyaluronic acid) and CMC (carboxymethylcellulose), two polymers that reduce the symptoms of dry eye syndrome, including burning and itching. They also contain the preservative PURITE which breaks down into natural tear components.

Hyaluronic acid is an effective lubricant for the eyes that helps maintain the stability of the tear film. It is suitable for all types of contact lenses and can be used up to 6 months after opening.
