Dosage:
Adults: 1-2 capsules per day with food, together or in divided doses or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.
Children over 3 years old: 1 capsule per day with food or as directed by a pediatrician.
The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with water, milk or fruit juice (cold or at ambient temperature).
In case of antibiotic treatment, take it 3-4 hours apart.
