Liposomal Sleep is a dietary supplement containing gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), melatonin and glutathione (tripeptide consisting of the amino acids: glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine).

Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and relieves the subjective feeling of biological clock delay (jet lag). The beneficial effects are achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
