Remove the existing insoles from your shoes.
Cut the Gel Activ insoles along the marked lines according to your shoe size. Line A corresponds to Size 38, Line B to Size 39, Line C to Size 40. The full length of the insole corresponds to Size 41-42. For Size 37, cut the insoles between Line A and the yellow gel.
Place the insoles in your shoes with the Gel side facing down.
Each insole indicates which foot it is for: L for left, R for right.
Replace the insoles when you notice signs of wear. It is recommended to change them every 6 months.
Cleaning: use a damp cloth with a little soap. Do not put them under water.
