The Glicoper is an innovative dietary supplement aimed at regulating the postprandial glycemic response, limiting carbohydrate digestion and preventing sudden spikes in blood glucose. It is ideal for individuals with pre-diabetes, as well as those suffering from type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
The effectiveness of Glicoper is based on the patented ingredient Reducose®, derived from an extract of white mulberry leaves (Morus alba L.). The active ingredient 1-deoxynojirimycin (1-DNJ) inhibits the enzymatic action of alpha-glucosidase, reducing carbohydrate absorption by up to 40% and consequently the glycemic peaks.
This means that glucose enters the bloodstream more slowly, helping to maintain stable blood sugar levels and reducing postprandial insulin spikes.
Take 1 capsule, 10 minutes before each main meal, up to 3 times a day. Regular use offers long-term benefits for glycemic control.
The Glicoper does not cause hypoglycemia, as it does not stimulate insulin secretion. However, those taking insulin or medications that increase insulin secretion should consult their doctor, especially when changing their dietary plan.
