Dosage and administration: Monthly cycles of administration at least (according to the attending physician's instructions) as follows:
1st week: 2 tablets daily (1 morning – 1 evening)
Subsequent weeks: 1 tablet daily preferably in the morning.
For scheduled surgeries, it is recommended to administer the above dosage regimen 1 month before and 1 month after the surgical procedure
