Dosage and administration : Monthly cycles of administration at least (according to the instructions of the treating physician) as follows:
1st week : 2 tablets daily (1 in the morning – 1 in the evening)
Following weeks : 1 tablet daily preferably in the morning.
In scheduled surgeries, the above dosage regimen is recommended 1 month before and 1 month after the surgery
