The vaginal flora mainly consists of lactobacilli and overall contributes to maintaining the correct balance of the vaginal environment (maintaining a normal pH between 3.8 and 4.5). The vaginal microflora inhibits the growth of pathogens through various mechanisms, such as the production of organic acids and specifically lactic acid, the production of bacteriocins, and the production of hydrogen peroxide.
Each Intimeo capsule contains at least 2.5 billion live lactobacillus strains. This population of live cells is guaranteed until the expiration date for sealed packaging.
Recommended dosage:
2 capsules of Intimeo daily together, preferably taken before a meal with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
