Add to a pot 400g water and 40g (about 4 tbsp) FREZYLAC Trachahanaki.
Heat on medium heat and stir constantly to prevent sticking. The meal is ready once it has thickened. (about 5 minutes after boiling starts).
Serve and enjoy the trachana warm.
Ideal as a replacement for pasta or rice. Perfect base for preparing family meals with the addition of cheese, butter, egg, meat, vegetables etc.
After opening a bag, the contents should be consumed within 3 weeks.
