Add to a pot 400g water and 40g (about 4 tbsp) FREZYLAC Trachahanakis.
Heat on medium flame and stir continuously to prevent sticking. The meal is ready once it thickens. (about 5 minutes after boiling starts).
Serve and enjoy the trachan warm.
Ideal as a replacement for pasta or rice. Perfect base for preparing meals for the whole family with the addition of cheese, butter, egg, meat, vegetables etc.
After opening a bag, the content should be consumed within 3 weeks.
