The Genecom Terra Inositol is a dietary supplement with inositol, in its bioavailable form myo-inositol in combination with B vitamins. Inositol belongs to the B vitamin complex and is important for the health of the brain and thenervous system, but also forfemale fertility. Inositol also participates in the metabolism of insulin, fats and is important for liver health.
Myo-inositol plays an important role as a main structural component of a large number of secondary messengers. In recent years it has been studied thoroughly in relation to its role in the insulin signaling pathway and for its role in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Increased concentrations of myo-inositol in follicular fluid seem to play a positive role in the maturation of follicles and is an indicator of good egg quality.

Inositol: Found in foods that are rich in dietary fiber such as beans, brown rice, wheat bran, sesame, oranges and peach.
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid): Contributes to the metabolism of carbohydrates. It is part of coenzyme A, which participates in the synthesis of essential lipids, steroid hormones, vitamin D and neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine): Functions in the formation of amino acids and participates in certain metabolic processes of fats and carbohydrates.
Folic acid (Vitamin B9) and Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin): Contribute to the process of cell division.
