Moducare is a globally patented composition of sterols and sterolins produced from a specific type of coniferous fruit from southern Africa with a high sterol content.
Due to the combination of beta-sitosterol and beta-D glucoside of beta-sitosterol, the following is achieved:

Recommended dosage
Adults: one capsule Moducare morning-noon-evening, one hour before meals.
Children 11-16 years: one chewable tablet Moducare, 2-3 times a day, one hour before meals.
Children 5-10 years: one chewable tablet Moducare, 2 times a day, preferably morning-evening, one hour before meals.
Should not be taken by recipients of cardiac transplants and individuals with hypersitosterolemia.
