The Lamberts Artichoke 8250 mg is a dietary supplement with a high-content artichoke extract, titled in cynarin. Artichoke or artichoke is a vegetable rich in dietary fiber, B vitamins, vitamin C, and magnesium.
It belongs to the Asteraceae plant family, which also includes Milk Thistle. Historical references regarding the traditional use of the herb relate to the improvement of digestion of fatty meals.

Dosage
Recommended dosage:
2 tablets daily (maximum dosage: 6 tablets daily).
Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets daily.
Instructions for Use
To be taken with a meal.
It is recommended to take for at least 8 weeks.
Artichoke extract can be taken (2 tablets) before consuming a fatty meal to enhance digestion.
Time of absorption: Less than 1 hour.
