The Gentle Magnesium Bisglycinate of Lamberts® is an ultra high potency formula of magnesium bisglycinate. Magnesium bisglycinate (= magnesium bound to 2 molecules of the amino acid glycine) is a chelated form of magnesium with increased absorption and bioavailability. Furthermore, it is the form of magnesium with the least likelihood of causing gastrointestinal disturbances (gentle magnesium). Finally, the ability of bisglycinate magnesium to enter the Central Nervous System in increased amounts makes it the recommended form of magnesium for people seeking magnesium for sleep, anxiety and physical fatigue.
