Research proves the beneficial effect of using the herb in addressing the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome and the inability to digest dietary fat.
The active ingredients of artichoke are found in the leaves of the plant. The most important active ingredient is the chemical cynarin. Lamberts's Ibisene is a high-concentration artichoke extract, titled with 5% cynarin to deliver 16mg cynarin per tablet.
Dosage:
2 tablets daily with meal (maximum dosage: 6 tablets/day) for at least 8 weeks. Afterwards, for maintenance purposes, 1-2 tablets daily with meal.
Note: Artichoke extract can be taken (2 tablets) before consuming a fatty meal, to enhance easy digestion.
