During the last 3 decades, numerous references have been found in international literature regarding the properties and use of Siberian Ginseng (or Eleutherococcus) as an adaptogen herb (adaptogenic herb).
The active ingredients of Siberian Ginseng belong to a large category of phytochemicals called eleutherosides. These substances are used during the titration of the herb, determining its activity.
The Lamberts uses titrated extracts in the preparation of formulations, as the process of extraction and concentration of active ingredients ensures the accurate content of active substances and thus the maximum possible effectiveness. Conversely, many dietary supplement companies produce herbal formulations where the final product is derived from powder after processing the whole plant, without any process of concentration and titration of active ingredients.
Each tablet provides 100mg extract (containing 231μg of Eleutheroside E & 577μg of Eleutheroside B) derived from 1500mg of dried herb, making it 15 times more potent than a product containing 100mg of the whole plant in powder form. Like all formulations of Lamberts, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to the strict standards of the Pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP).
