The
NightAde is a dietary supplement with melatonin that
helps with natural sleep and quick & immediate transition to it. In a single tablet it provides the required amount of
melatonin (1mg) that has been proven to contribute to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep while thanks to its innovative form of fast-dissolving sublingual tablets it has an immediate effect resulting in the peak levels of the substance in the body.

The
Melatonin is a component produced in the body at night and promotes the onset of sleep. Its normal secretion is carried out by the pineal gland, a small gland in the brain and occurs during the normal sleep time, which is why it is sometimes called the “hormone of the night.” It plays an important role in the sleep cycles of the body and is vital for regulating the circadian rhythm, i.e., the transition of the body’s biological clock from daylight to nighttime. Therefore it is crucial for normal sleep and consequently for the well-being and relaxation of the body that contributes to good health. It has also been used to regulate the circadian system in individuals with jet lag, those who work shifts, in sleep disorders, such as sleep onset delay, as well as in sleep problems faced by the elderly. Based on scientific data and according to the assessment of the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), melatonin in a quantity of 1mg, contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep and to the relief from the subjective feeling of time lag of the biological clock (jet lag). The beneficial effects are ensured with the minimum intake of at least 0.5mg of melatonin before sleep, on the first day of travel & a few days after arrival at the destination, so as to synchronize the organism with the new time.
Usage:
Adults and children over 15 years: Take
1 tablet per day for 3 months, 1 month break. Repeat in the same way.
