Method of useTake 2 capsules (= 1 dose of product) with a glass of water, three (3) times a day, and for a period of up to one week or according to the instructions of your doctor.
Alternatively, you can empty the contents of each capsule and dissolve it in water, or milk. In case of repeated use of the product, follow the same instructions. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
