Each hypoallergenic tablet contains 500mg choline and 500mg inositol, on a fortified base of rice bran.
Gradual release of ingredients for better absorption.

Typical use: One tablet per day.

Choline is essential for the creation of the neural impulses that transmit information through the nervous system. It is also for the proper functioning of the gallbladder and liver and for the production of lecithin by the body.
It participates in the production of hormones and is essential for the metabolism of fats and cholesterol. Its deficiency can cause fat accumulation in the liver and problems in the functioning of the brain and memory.
It has been used with beneficial effects against certain diseases of the nervous system such as Parkinson's Disease.

Note: High doses (over 1000mg) of Choline should be accompanied by the intake of Calcium and vitamin C.

Inositol is essential for the metabolism of fats and cholesterol, the growth of hair, the formation of lecithin. It helps prevent multiple sclerosis and the removal of fat from the liver. It appears to be important for the functioning of the brain, heart and eyes.

Inositol has been successfully used as a natural sedative and sleep aid. In very large doses (6-12g daily) it has also been used for depression and bipolar disorder, for intense anxiety and panic, as well as for Alzheimer's patients, to improve speech and orientation. In doses of 1000-1200mg inositol seems to give good results in diabetic neuropathy, relieving pain and improving nerve function.

It is recommended to take it together with vitamin C, which seems to retain inositol within the nerve cells. Inositol deficiency can lead to atherosclerosis, high cholesterol, hair loss, skin rashes, irritability.

Inositol increases the absorption of other B vitamins (especially B-12, B-1, B-2, choline) as well as vitamin C, phosphorus and linoleic acid.

Contraindications – Precautions
Those taking vasodilator drugs or cholesterol medications should not take inositol without informing their doctor, as inositol will increase the action of these drugs. A physician oriented towards natural therapies could accept the simultaneous intake of inositol, reducing the doses of the drugs or even stopping them.
