Why is daily intake of probiotics important?

Ingredients: Probiotic cultures, inulin, ascorbic acid (antioxidant), potato starch, vegetable stearate magnesium, capsule of plant origin (HPMC).
Dosage:
1 capsule 1 time daily.
Suitable for long-term daily consumption.
The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with water, milk or fruit juice (not hot).
In case of concomitant antibiotic use take it at a distance of 3-4 hours.
