Ingredients:

Organic Greek oregano oil (Origanum vulgare ssp. Hirtum), organic olive oil, biotin, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), distilled water, coating of ethylcellulose and sodium alginate, milk fat emulsifier mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, vegetable liquid glycerin, gelatin capsule.

Dosage:
1 capsule 1-2 times daily, about 30 minutes before a meal with water. In case of concurrent intake of gastric acid inhibitors (PPIs), it is recommended to take riganobiotic®
EXTRA before the main meal.
