Solgar Glucose Factors: Herbal Extracts Complex

The Solgar Glucose Factors is a dietary supplement with a complex of herbal extracts and nutrients, in tablets.

Composition

Contains inulin, alpha lipoic acid, Gymnema sylvestre leaves, milk thistle, Momordica charantia, fenugreek (trigonella), green tea, niacin, chromium, zinc and magnesium.

Very important clarification

The product, as a complex, does not currently have an approved health claim by the EFSA under Regulation (EC) 1924/2006. It does not have a claim for regulating blood glucose, improving insulin action or synthesis, nor a claim for managing hyperglycemia. Chromium may have an approved claim for maintaining normal glucose levels when provided in sufficient quantity — check the composition for the exact amount.

Very important medical clarification

Diabetes and hyperglycemia are serious conditions that always require diagnosis and treatment by a doctor, with regular monitoring. The product is not a substitute for insulin or other antidiabetic medication. Never discontinue or modify diabetes medication without a doctor’s instruction — this can be dangerous. Some ingredients (such as Gymnema sylvestre and fenugreek) may interact with antidiabetic medication; consult your doctor before taking if you have diabetes.

Dosage and usage

Follow the dosage on the package.
