The Solgar Male Multiple is a dietary supplement with vitamins, minerals in chelated form (Albion) and lycopene, designed for men, without iron, in tablets.
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. These are approved health claims based on Regulation (EC) 1924/2006.
Lycopene does not currently have an approved health claim. The product does not have an approved claim specifically for 'prostate health'.
Long-term intake of vitamin B6 in amounts exceeding 25mg may cause mild tingling or numbness.
