USE1) Wrap the soaked bandage around the leg starting from the ankle, overlapping the edges by about 1cm. Do not apply too tightly. When you reach the knee, stretch the leg and continue applying the bandage up to the inner thigh.
2) Secure the edge by passing it under the last turn of the bandage. Repeat the process on the other leg.
3) Wear the pants and tie them with a knot.
4) Relax and let it act for at least 50 minutes.
5) Remove the bandages and do a light massage to remove any residue, with movements from bottom to top to enhance the results of the treatment.

PREPARATION FOR FUTURE USE
