Cocos Nucifera Oil, Aceite de coco, cocois oleum raffinatum, coconut butter, copra oil, oleum cocois, refined coconut oil.

Uses
Coconut oil has traditionally been used in ointments and especially in formulations intended for application to the scalp where it could be applied as a solid but liquefies after application. It has been used in a range of applications such as in emulsions and nanoemulsions, in solutions administered intranasally, in formulations for the elimination of lice and has been reported to have antifungal activity against a range of Candida species.
