Smile Bio Propolis European:
You have certainly heard about propolis and its therapeutic benefits.
You may not know that there is not just one propolis but different ones in color and activity, depending on the plants the bee visits. But let's start from the beginning.
What is propolis?
The word propolis comes from the Greek words “pro” and “polis”, meaning a substance placed before the entrance of the hive for the defense of the bee.
Propolis is collected by specialized worker bees, visiting the hottest parts of the day plants rich in resinous, balsamic and waxy substances. Using their jaws they detach it in small pieces from the eyes of the plants. After processing these substances with the use of different secretions of their glands, they place it in the pollen baskets on their hind legs. They carry it to the hive and use it directly in various tasks within the hive.
Depending on the chemical composition of propolis, its physical characteristics vary such as: color, aroma, taste and consistency. Its color varies: from yellow, orange, green (Brazilian propolis), to brown and black (European propolis).
Our propolis (European) due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, is indicated for most diseases of microbial origin.
It is particularly indicated for respiratory diseases and especially for reducing the frequency and intensity of asthma attacks, as well as against chronic bronchitis.
Propolis as a whole is very effective in otolaryngological infections (chronic pharyngitis, allergic and chronic rhinitis, tonsillitis, tracheitis, otitis etc.). Propolis consists of ear conditions such as otomycosis, otorrhea and tympanitis.
As an antiseptic it strongly acts against certain parasites, such as tapeworm. Also with topical application to anal ducts, in hemorrhagic orthocolitis or hemorrhoids, it favors a short healing of the wounds.
Internally, thanks to its antibacterial action, it allows the effective treatment of ulcers caused by Helicobacter pylori.
The extract of propolis (obtained by hydro-alcoholic impregnation) whose active ingredients are flavonoids, actively combats ulcers whether gastric or duodenal, not only relieving pain but also favoring the healing process.
With its action against viruses, propolis gives excellent results in the treatment of hepatitis.
Thanks to its strong action against staphylococci and streptococci, it is used directly in purulent wounds (which no antibiotic can fight due to resistant strains of microbes).
Propolis acts bactericidal on all pathogenic staphylococci, even those resistant to antibiotics.
In external application it treats deep pyodermas, skin mycoses, ecthymas, as well as eschars, which develop in people who remain bedridden for long periods.
Product Description:
Liquid in a dark bottle 30 ml with dropper.
Ingredients: Propolis (minimum 10%) and Alcohol.
Indications: For prevention and treatment of upper respiratory diseases, as we have detailed above (e.g. pharyngitis, otitis etc.), but also ulcus, purulent conjunctivitis and gastric disorders.
It significantly improves the immune system, significantly reducing the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation in cancer patients, therefore it is a complementary protective treatment, alongside chemotherapy or radiation.
Use according to the doctor's instructions or as follows:
Adults: Preventively 12 drops 2 times a day in water or fruit juice. Therapeutically 20 drops 3 times a day in water or fruit juice.
For chronic diseases: 30 and more drops 3 times a day.
Children under 12 years old: Half the dose of adults.
WARNING:
If you are allergic to propolis do not use it.
In this case, it is better if you want to try the Green Propolis of Brazil (Smile Green Propolis) which so far has not shown people with allergy to it.
