Ingredients
Tincture of organically grown fresh underground parts of centaury (Centaurium umbellatum) extracted in alcohol (66% v/v).
Dosage and usage
Adults: 10-15 drops in a little water, 3 times a day before meals. Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age in a little water, 3 times a day before meals.
Note: The ideal way to use centaury is to take it 15 minutes before meals in a little water. Before consumption, hold it in your mouth for a while to enhance its action.
