The Solgar Vitamin B-Complex "100" is a dietary supplement with essential B vitamins in a 100mg dose, together with choline and inositol, in phytocapsules.
Contains thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, folic acid, biotin (B7) and vitamin B12.
Riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness and to the normal energy-yielding metabolism. Pantothenic acid contributes to the normal mental performance. Thiamine, biotin, niacin and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and to the normal psychological functions. Thiamine also contributes to the normal function of the heart. Riboflavin contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the maintenance of normal vision. Niacin and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Biotin also contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. These are approved health claims based on Regulation (EC) 1924/2006.
The product does not have an approved claim of enhancement of "mental performance" beyond normal mental performance, nor a claim of increased stress adaptability.
