How to choose

The choice depends on your specific goal (e.g., athletic performance, intestinal health, sleep). Many of these components do not currently have an approved health claim by the EFSA, so it is important to be informed about what the literature says, without expecting a therapeutic effect. Consult a pharmacist for suitability and dosage, especially if you are taking medication.
